  3. This program was written in C.
  4.  
  5. Some features:
  6.    1) The initial values are set for Colorado Springs, CO.  The long and
  7.       lat and elevation are for the Downtown Post Office.  The correction
  8.       for Longitude at 38 deg lat is:
  9.  
  10.                      1' 06.0" per mile.
  11.  
  12.       The correction at 38 deg lat for Latitude is:
  13.  
  14.                      0' 52.2" per mile.
  15.  
  16.    2) The program reads in the orbital elements for some 130 satellites.
  17.       The data set is called SATDAT.ED and is updated every 2 weeks on
  18.       Compuserve in the astroforum under Satellite Observing.
  19.  
  20.    3) The program provides a Ground Trace for the selected satellite.  The
  21.       display increments in 2 minute steps.  So be watchful of selecting
  22.       Ground Trace with a large duration of Prediction.
  23.  
  24.    4) The program accounts for the Earth's oblateness, but not atmospheric
  25.       drag.
  26.
